Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our reconciliation platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of our platform, ensuring it meets customer needs and delivering continuous improvement.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers, to gather insights, identify opportunities, and contribute to the development and enhancement of the platform. Your primary objective will be to deliver the long-term vision for our reconciliation platform capabilities and clearly set out the product strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management with a track record of delivering results and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
  • Experience working in a data analytics role or similar product environment is highly desired.
  • Experience working with SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
  • Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with Product Management, UI/UX/Design team, leadership, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems and drive business growth.
