To be successful in this role, you will need:

Technical Skills:

  • Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems.">
  • Progressive maintenance standards.">
  • Phase 2 tools, including AM Step 4, working principle, general inspection, focused improvement 12 steps, and quality management Steps 3-6.">
  • Leading a standard work process using a plan-do-check-adjust approach.">

Education and Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
