Service Technician I Position Overview

An exciting career opportunity exists for a skilled Service Technician I to join our team in Curitiba, Brazil. This role will play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of elevators and escalators, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of customers and passengers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Otis elevators and other brands
  • Anticipate potential technical issues, diagnose problems, and propose effective solutions
  • Interact with clients, prioritizing their needs and delivering exceptional customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Completed secondary education and technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and certification in NR10 and NR35
  • Desirable experience in elevator maintenance and customer service
