Join our team of experienced Field Service Technicians to support customers in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean by performing installations, periodic maintenance, repair, and modification of equipment at their facilities.

About the Role
  • This position is responsible for maintaining all equipment and systems to attain designated product performance metrics and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate will have a professional degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Mechanics, Biomed or related field, or equivalent experience as a Field Service Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule and perform periodic maintenance, installation, repair, and modification of equipment within assigned areas of responsibility.
  2. Maintain all records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Responsible for maintaining and managing all assigned company assets that may include tools, parts inventory, company vehicle, computer & accessories.
  4. Conducting technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives as needed.
  5. Supports sales partners efforts to attain business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • A professional degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Mechanics, Biomed or related field, or equivalent experience as a Field Service Technician.
  • Advanced English language skills are essential; with Spanish language skills desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, but also collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Results and performance driven.
