We're seeking a YouTube Strategist & Scriptwriter to craft compelling content that drives qualified leads and sales. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience writing/scripting with the goal of generating leads/sales and understands how to design content to capture leads and convert them into customers. They should have prior experience scripting or outlining for YouTube channels and VSLs in the business/education space.
The key objectives include developing structured video outlines to educate, engage, and convert viewers into leads/call bookings, balancing channel growth with business outcomes, researching competitors and audience pain points, and working with designers to create title and thumbnail variations optimized for click-through rates and aligned with direct response principles.
The requirements include being fully remote, fluent in English, having direct response expertise, YouTube knowledge, conversion-oriented skills, analytical abilities, creative and strategic thinking, comfort with tight deadlines, and an excellent cultural fit.
The accountabilities include delivering high-quality YouTube outlines/scripts per month, working with designers to create title and thumbnail variations, researching and pitching weekly video concepts, tracking performance across both YouTube metrics and business metrics, refining and iterating content strategy, and working with the founder on other video content.
We pride ourselves on timely responses and updates, and our hiring process includes initial soft interviews, technical interviews with a test project, and final interviews to ensure culture fit.
Salary expectations are USD $2,500-$4,000 per month plus performance bonuses based on experience and expertise.
