Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business strategy in Brazil.

  • Pull data & insights from multiple functions and stakeholders, to identify granular regional opportunities and create actionable commercial levers at market level.
  • Identify strategic projects in support of growth goals for the region and manage strategic project portfolios.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and corporate functions to adjust execution strategies.
  • Support regional teams on system end-to-end alignment process with bottlers.
  • Develop actionable compelling commercial insights, strategies, and initiatives at the market level.

The ideal candidate will have +5 years of experience in operation/strategy related areas, a proven track record of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers, and excellent leadership capability.

Strong business acumen skills, strategic thinking, problem framing, and problem-solving, systemic thinking, synthesis, and storytelling are required.
