Technical Trainer Opportunity

This is a unique chance to contribute to the delivery of high-value solutions at an exciting time.

We are looking for an energetic professional with experience teaching data courses to customers and possessing excellent presentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs to onboard customers and partners to our cloud-based data warehouse platform
  • Cross-train qualified individuals on various technical topics
  • Deliver engaging lectures, live demonstrations, and technical labs to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Work with customers and partners to certify their trainers and ensure they are well prepared to deliver the course
  • Design training materials and hands-on exercises for end users

Our ideal Technical Trainer will have:

  • A strong background in data warehousing and data-serving platforms
  • Recent experience with using SQL, potentially in complex workloads
  • 5-10 years of experience in technical content training development and delivery
  • Strong desire and ability to teach and train
  • Prior experience with other databases (e.g., Oracle, IBM Netezza)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Innovative and assertive, with the ability to pick up new technologies
