Responsibilities:
  • Digital Platform Management: Create and manage SharePoint sites, administer Microsoft Teams communities, and facilitate digital engagement.
  • Facilitation and Collaboration Tools: Utilize tools like Mural to enhance collaboration and engagement across teams.
  • Video Production and Storytelling: Produce high-quality videos using Adobe, Camtasia, Synthesia, and AI tools to communicate our message effectively.
  • Meeting Coordination and Documentation: Attend meetings, record minutes, and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Strategic Communication Development: Design communication strategies tailored to different personas within the organization.
  • Employee Engagement and Activities: Plan, coordinate, and execute internal communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Communications Planning and Calendar Management: Maintain the internal communications calendar and manage strategic plans and timelines.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Develop short-form content, such as blogs, explainers, and spotlights, to engage internal audiences.
  • Alignment with Mission and Values: Ensure all communications promote the organization's mission, vision, and values.
What We're Looking For:
  • Initiative, perseverance, and a curious mindset.
  • A passion for working on innovative projects and embracing lifelong learning.
  • Pursuing a degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools (Adobe, Camtasia, and Synthesia).
  • Experience with content generation platforms (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams).
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to efficiently take action on meeting minutes.
  • Experience with Mural or other facilitation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple and diverse tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively.
  • Creative and innovative, with a desire to continually improve communication methods.
