Regional Supply Chain Strategist

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of supply chain management, specifically in the area of process improvement and governance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness in global supply chains, with expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is required, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in supply planning, including at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional roadmaps for supply and plant planning, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date process and systems flows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Benchmark internal and external supply chains to identify best practices and opportunities for growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to extract insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in SAP or similar ERP systems, with knowledge of planning modules and requirements.
