KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy and Implementation:

Formulate and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies to stimulate category and brand growth. Ensure the attainment of market share growth objectives by defining strategic initiatives and executing plans accordingly. Direct and strategize trade investments to optimize return on investment. Create promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and boost sales.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

Coordinate with the sales team to align and manage trade marketing strategies effectively. Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere to ensure smooth execution of trade marketing initiatives.

Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP):

Oversee the monthly forecasting cycle in partnership with the sales team. Provide sales insights and contributions to enhance the S&OP process.

Pricing Strategy:

Monitor pricing strategies and collaborate with performance teams to ensure disciplined execution.

Business Review:

Lead trade marketing discussions during business review meetings, offering insights and recommendations.

Shopper Insights:

Analyze shopper behavior by channel to uncover opportunities for increasing sales. Select optimal assortments tailored to the specific needs of each channel.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

Experience & Education

Bachelor's degree; Proven experience in Trade Marketing; Knowledge and experience in the beauty market; familiarity with the Brazilian market is a plus; Intermediate proficiency in English; Sales experience is desirable.
