Mission

Provide technical and operational support to interdisciplinary clinical teams at Jano Saúde, ensuring smooth therapeutic routines without direct patient care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organize and replenish therapeutic materials and resources used in sessions.

  • Assist with logistics for organizing rooms, shifts, and internal schedules.

  • Digitalize and organize session documents and reports under technical guidance.

  • Support data collection according to protocols defined by the clinical team.

Operational Activities

  • Facilitate communication between departments (e.g., reception, coordination, technical team).

  • Act collaboratively in non-clinical emergency support demands.

  • Maintain basic control of simple administrative spreadsheets and records.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields.

  • Professional experience: not required, but experience in routine support in clinics or therapy centers is considered an asset.

  • Basic knowledge of material organization and spreadsheet control (Google Sheets/Excel). Proficiency in simple digital tools (Drive, WhatsApp, documents). Ability to record information objectively and organized.

  • Responsibility and commitment to deadlines and agreements. Good interpersonal communication and active listening. Flexibility and adaptability. Discretion and ethics when handling sensitive data. Proactivity and initiative in supporting team routines.
