Operational Excellence Manager

The Senior Manager QC Operations is responsible for providing strategic direction and innovating business processes.

Key responsibilities include people management, project portfolio management, and business process ownership of the Quality qualification process.

The role involves ensuring lab equipment readiness, leading equipment life cycle management, and optimizing asset investment.

Additional responsibilities include supporting standard IT solutions, driving optimization and standardization of processes, and implementing innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, with a degree concentration in Life Science or technical discipline preferred.

Required experience includes a minimum of eight (8) years in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in GMP Equipment qualification processes and Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Quality Systems/Compliance.

Strong partnership skills, communication and change management skills, and project management experience are essential.

Preferred qualifications include Lean Six Sigma or other Process Excellence and/or PMP certification.
