Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

Job Description:

As a key interface between customers and our organization, the successful candidate will deliver exceptional service by providing solutions to customer inquiries while managing operational needs. This role requires close collaboration with functional partners to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Managing phone and website inquiry requests
  • Handling executive call announcements
  • Resolving issues related to media events, divested businesses, retiree benefit changes, privacy notification requests, medical incidents, safety data sheets, sample requests, and sales support tasks

The ideal candidate will maintain daily contact with product stewards, technical service teams, and global employees in support of resolving customer requests. Additionally, they will attend compulsory training and take action on self-development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Previous contact center experience
  • Ability to work towards deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize projects
  • High level of accuracy and detail-oriented
  • Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity and interest in sciences and chemistry
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse groups
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English languages
  • Good understanding of Spanish language
