Reliability Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our Maintenance Engineering team. This role will focus on developing and implementing reliability-focused maintenance practices at a global level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing, optimizing, and improving the Maintenance Pillar of Ball Operational Excellence (BOE).
  • Auditing the performance of preventative maintenance programs across multiple regions.
  • Collaborating with regional maintenance teams and SMEs to improve equipment reliability and implement new ideas or technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about maintenance and wants to make a difference in their professional development and the community.

Requirements include:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Maintenance experience in high-speed manufacturing, including packaging manufacturing.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Mechanical expertise in machinery maintenance, mechanical systems, and reliability engineering.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.
