Preventative Maintenance Specialist

This role is a key part of our Global Beverage Packaging team, reporting to the Global Manager of Equipment & Maintenance Operational Excellence.

  • Develop and optimize maintenance practices globally, driving a standardized preventative maintenance program across multiple regions.
  • Audit the performance of preventative maintenance programs in assigned regions, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional maintenance teams, SMEs, and other stakeholders to enhance equipment reliability, implement new ideas or technologies.
  • Analyze equipment data to improve asset performance, reduce downtime, and increase overall efficiency.
About the Role

This Preventative Maintenance Specialist will contribute to the success of our company by establishing reliability-focused maintenance practices at a global level.

  • Maintenance Strategy: Develop and optimize maintenance strategies to drive business results.
  • Audit and Performance: Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of preventative maintenance programs.
  • Collaboration and Improvement: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.
  • Equipment Reliability and Performance: Analyze data to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in high-speed manufacturing.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Mechanical expertise, including machinery maintenance and mechanical systems.
  • Effective communication and analytical skills.
