National Enterprise Development Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in advancing the mission of the National Center for Entrepreneurship by driving program strategy and national coordination.
The Associate Director will collaborate with campus partners, funders, faculty, and student leaders to promote business innovation and entrepreneurship education.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and lead national entrepreneurship programs and capacity-building initiatives.
- Coordinate community development, student programming, and faculty training initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on program design, student engagement, and partnership cultivation strategies.
- Ensure alignment with institutional needs, funder expectations, and impact metrics.
- Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with university administration officials.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program activities and progress.
- Support the cultivation and management of strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between national and regional centers, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Represent the center at national conferences and summits, promoting its mission and goals.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage and supervise National Center staff, providing guidance and support.
- Serve as back-up in the absence of supervisory personnel, maintaining continuity.
