About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our Immunology team in Latin America. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, acting as the external face for commercial communication, gathering market insights, and meeting sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and building business strategies. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a proactive attitude and strong integrity.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive specific business objectives for gastroenterology in Latin America
- Act as the external face for commercial and brand communication to local customers and stakeholders
- Gather required market insights and information to contribute to forecasting exercises
- Meet sales objectives in accordance with our commercial strategy
- Ensure correct implementation of our Product Plan by Sales Representatives
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or life sciences (advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, with leadership experience desirable
- Experience in healthcare companies is an asset
- Strong skills in building internal and external relationships
- Confident coaching skills; ability to define, analyze, and provide efficient solutions
