Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of medium to high-complexity projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans
  • Maintain accurate project documentation
  • Monitor and report on project KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance policies
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within technology environments
  • Hands-on experience working with both traditional methodologies and Agile frameworks
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project

Tech Skills:

  • Solid understanding of IT Governance and frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL
  • Familiarity with the structure and operations of a Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Strong grasp of the Information Systems development lifecycle
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalents), including key modules

Languages:

  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management
  • Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) and/or Agile Methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM)
  • Experience working on international projects
