Program Overview:

The Project Director will oversee program management activities, creating impactful content and ensuring effective execution of initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the execution of program activities, including stakeholder communication, maintaining updated documentation, adhering to schedules and meeting deadlines.
  • Create and develop compelling content in English, such as program documentation, speaker presentations, blog posts and other materials related to the program.
  • Establish efficient processes for the program, including tracking KPIs and OKRs through detailed reports and metrics.
  • Collaborate with the program team to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and implementing virtual and in-person events, programs and campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in project or program management, ideally in developer relations.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Experience in planning and executing virtual campaigns and events, with a focus on technology products or developer audiences.
