Key Role: Financial Operations Supervisor

We seek an experienced and skilled professional to oversee the integrity of financial operations and ensure rigorous control over accounting practices at the local and regional level.

The ideal candidate will have meticulous oversight, in-depth analysis, and accurate presentation of financial activities with a strong emphasis on compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and reliable financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with global accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Provide expert technical advice to key stakeholders, referring to relevant authorities as necessary.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely availability of documentation and addressing audit findings.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Corporate Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
