Key Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational compliance, safety, and efficiency by monitoring processes, leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining quality standards in a distribution center environment.

  • Compliance with Operational and Safety Procedures: Ensure that all team members adhere to established operational and safety procedures.
  • Employee Productivity Evaluation: Regularly evaluate employee productivity and implement necessary measures to guarantee it.
  • 5S Standards Maintenance: Maintain 5S standards in the operational and administrative environment to ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Accident and Incident Reporting: Report accidents and incidents in accordance with the safety process and conduct investigations when necessary.
  • Inventory Accuracy Monitoring: Monitor inventory accuracy on a weekly basis using ILA and Internal Breakdown indicators.
  • Team Training and Development: Train, develop, and motivate the team in all functions, focusing on making employees multifunctional.
  • Project Participation and Leadership: Participate in and lead various projects in the operations area, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Engage with support areas to foster a spirit of teamwork and mutual support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or similar field.
  • Experience in managing Distribution Centers and Inventory and Quality operational routines.
  • Desirable skills include knowledge of SQL, 5S, lean manufacturing, PDCA, stock movement by entry date or expiry date, Kanban, and management of products controlled by Anvisa.
