Decarbonization and Operational Efficiency Lead

As a key member of our global team, this leadership position oversees administrative, financial, and operational functions at our international office, ensuring seamless execution of internal processes and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, collaborating with the finance team to process accounts payable and receivable, issuing invoices, evaluating and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations is crucial for success in this role.

This position requires a strong background in finance and administration, along with deep knowledge of local laws, regulations, and business practices.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in finance and administration leadership roles.
  • Excellent understanding of international regulations and business practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
