About the Role
  • You will be responsible for managing and growing our internal advertising efforts to drive sales and promote our experiences.
  • Design and implement AI-driven strategies to optimize ecommerce performance, automate processes, and personalize customer experience.
  • Ensure our WooCommerce store runs smoothly with irresistible product listings, prices, and promos.
  • Use our Pipedrive CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.
  • Track performance with Google Analytics and AI-powered analytics tools to propose improvements.
  • Manage and optimize occasional Meta Ads campaigns and other online advertising systems.
What You Need
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Deep experience applying AI tools and platforms in ecommerce and digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience running an ecommerce operation end-to-end.
  • Strong knowledge of WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and online ad systems.
  • Experience managing internal advertising strategies (e.g., blog content, organic promotion).
  • Strong skills in content marketing and SEO.
  • Experience with Pipedrive CRM or similar systems.
  • Native language proficiency in English, French, German, or Japanese (Portuguese is a nice bonus).
  • Ability to work on-site in Rio de Janeiro.
