
Regional Oncology Business Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our oncology business unit in Brazil. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to provide innovative treatments to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
- Previous pharmaceutical sales team management experience is essential.
- Oncology therapeutic area knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, lead and manage the sales team to ensure they meet their role requirements.
- Exhibit coaching leadership style, facilitating and developing a team of Therapeutic Specialists.
- Define roles, responsibilities of team and define measurable outcomes (KPIs) for all activities.
- Analyse market data and competitor practices to develop and coordinate territory business planning.
- Direct planning, execution and follow up of promotional activities and initiate strategic actions to help product sales.
Requirements:
- Strategic business acumen and ability to analyse complex problems.
- Strong teamwork with internal functional departments and external stakeholders.
- Able to establish strong working relationships with key opinion leaders and main stakeholders locally and nationally.
- Excellent management skills including training, coaching and performance management.
