Oncology Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our oncology business unit in Brazil. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to provide innovative treatments to patients and healthcare professionals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
  • Previous pharmaceutical sales team management experience is essential.
  • Oncology therapeutic area knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build, lead and manage the sales team to ensure they meet their role requirements.
  2. Exhibit coaching leadership style, facilitating and developing a team of Therapeutic Specialists.
  3. Define roles, responsibilities of team and define measurable outcomes (KPIs) for all activities.
  4. Analyse market data and competitor practices to develop and coordinate territory business planning.
  5. Direct planning, execution and follow up of promotional activities and initiate strategic actions to help product sales.

Requirements:

  • Strategic business acumen and ability to analyse complex problems.
  • Strong teamwork with internal functional departments and external stakeholders.
  • Able to establish strong working relationships with key opinion leaders and main stakeholders locally and nationally.
  • Excellent management skills including training, coaching and performance management.
