About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our Data Enrichment team at Bold Business. As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting data enrichment tasks for one of our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner, ensuring high-quality interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Verify information provided by 3rd party entities using online databases to cross-check information, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
  • Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with state boards for statuses, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Execute tasks in a timely and quality manner, meeting client expectations and company standards.
  • Perform additional duties and tasks as required by the Company, showcasing adaptability and flexibility.
