Job Title: Store Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and retail KPI target achievement.
  • Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year experience in a sports/ apparel & footwear retail environment.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • High School education or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs.

Qualification Summary

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in a retail setting and a strong background in leading teams, managing inventory, and driving sales growth.

Additionally, they possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Experience working with various point-of-sale systems, electronic data interchange (EDI), and merchandise planning tools is highly desirable.

 

A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is not required but is preferred. What matters most is a proven track record of achievements in similar roles and a demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and self-improvement.
