Job Summary:
Our organization is seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to spearhead business growth in the crop protection and fertilizers sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the agrochemical market value chain, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth in the crop protection and fertilizers sector.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business plans and objectives.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful product adoption and implementation.
Requirements:Proven experience in the agrochemical sector, especially in supplying co-formulant or adjuvant technologies and formulated solutions for crop protection and fertilizer formulations.Deep understanding of the Agrochemical market value chain.Strong focus on results, with solid technical knowledge and commercial skills.Good rapport and relationship with industry clients.Ability to work autonomously with strategic decision-making.Availability for frequent travel.Fluent in English and Spanish.
