Investment Growth Strategist

The Investment Growth Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving business success by collaborating closely with the growth team to expand our client base, develop new business opportunities, and connect our intellectual capital with client demand.

This position requires effective collaboration across various stakeholders, including the growth team, client teams, and sales management teams, to ensure we bring the best of our organization to grow our investments presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic distribution plan that spans our services and solutions, working with leaders to refine and listen to the needs of clients and identify market opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant market influencers and client teams.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive dynamics for our services and solutions.
  • Drive a culture of business development discipline to sustain a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Be an integral part of live pursuit processes, partnering with internal colleagues to drive the sales process.
  • Work as part of a motivated team behind a clear growth strategy, coordinating and aligning growth colleagues, organizing pitch activity, coaching, and training as required.
  • Develop a culture of mentorship and talent development to support colleagues on their career journeys.
  • Champion efforts to promote an inclusive and diverse culture that supports workforce diversity.
  • Provide input into our growth, brand, and collateral strategy.
  • Measure activity and effectiveness by tracking key growth metrics and pipeline performance.
  • Ensure that prospect meetings and pitches are properly rehearsed to maximize win rates.
  • Provide input into the relevance of our solution set for the US market, ensuring a feedback loop between the client/distribution team and the content engine, driving solution development change where appropriate.
  • Develop sufficient subject matter expertise across our solutions to lead prospect meetings, finalist pitches, generate interest in our solution, and close sales.
  • Develop and cultivate a pipeline to generate $2 million in annualized revenue.
