The Class Coordinator will provide vital administrative support to academic staff and faculty members, ensuring seamless operations within our online BSc and MSc programs.
This role requires close collaboration with academic staff, faculty members, and students to guarantee program quality. Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative support to academic staff and faculty, managing course schedules, maintaining records, and databases.
- Serving as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries efficiently.
- Monitoring student enrollment and progress, offering guidance when needed to ensure student success.
- Facilitating communication between academic staff and students, providing prompt responses to queries and concerns.
- Coordinating events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.
- Liaising with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and program-related documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are an asset.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
