Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and communicative professional to support our online education programs.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to academic staff and faculty, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.
  • Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.
  • Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to enhance student learning and engagement.
  • Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and program-related documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
