Job Summary
As a Maintenance and Projects Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance activities of the Paulínia Plant, the Warehouse, and the development of Investment projects. This role requires a strong understanding of safety standards, ethical and legal conduct, and integrated management system policies.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of safety in the workplace.
Understand and apply Lubrizol's Ethical and Legal Conduct standards in your work and support other employees in doing the same.
Familiarize yourself with the integrated management system policy and ensure its application in your work sector.
Remain aligned with Lubrizol's policies and culture to provide guidance to all company personnel.
Identify environmental aspects and impacts, as well as significant risks and opportunities, in your area of activity.
Coordinate the plant's corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
Coordinate project and construction engineering activities.
Execute the Investment Plan.
Manage the factory's spare parts warehouse, ensuring it operates within Lubrizol's standards and maintains costs within planned objectives.
Monitor and control departmental costs and expenses through monthly financial reports.
Contribute to the improvement and control of the Plant's maintenance rates.
Ensure the quality of services provided through effective control of subordinate activities.
Develop a competent work team through adequate training in activities related to the sector.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduated in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Desirable Experience: 7 to 10 years in maintenance or projects.
Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Language Knowledge: Advanced English.
Other required knowledge: Lubrizol Policies and Standards and Procedures related to the area.
Knowledge of SAP maintenance and projects module.
