We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Specialist to join our team and contribute to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The role involves working on LATAM Energy, Nature, Food, and Urban projects and driving system transformations by leveraging data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to overcome trade-offs between economic viability, ecosystem regeneration, and social inclusion;
  • Collaborating with project partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and sustainability;
  • Providing expert advice on change management and people-side behavior change;
  • Suspending project partners in monitoring, evaluating, and communicating their business model and impact.

  • A deep understanding of human and societal needs and the ability to drive systemic change;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven techniques;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders;

Essential qualifications/experience include:

  • A business international level of English (required) and Portuguese - both written and oral;
  • Bachelor's degree in earth science, environmental engineering, energy management, or related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional system change environment, preferably in an international setting.
