We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Shein E-Commerce Co. Ltd. as a Logistics Channel Development Manager. This role will be responsible for the overall planning and development of our logistics channels in South America, with a focus on optimizing program time and cost.
Key Responsibilities- Channel Development and Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our logistics channels in South America, including customs clearance, local headway and tail, and end-to-end program optimization.
- Supplier Management: Source, introduce, negotiate, and contract logistics service providers, and establish standards and assessment mechanisms for service provider management.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with domestic and international business departments to promote channel development program outputs and project landing.
- Strategic Direction and Goal Achievement: Promote logistics provider expansion or optimization to achieve efficiency and cost reduction goals, aligned with the company's strategic direction and South America's time and cost targets.
- Risk Management: Manage supplier procurement risks, including contract terms, logistics provider business risks, and integrity management.
- Education and Experience: Full-time undergraduate degree or above, with five years or above international logistics business experience, preferably with knowledge of the South American logistics industry and market.
- Business Skills and Methods: Skilled in business skills and methods, with familiarity with cross-border e-commerce logistics.
- Resource Management: Having rich and high-quality resources of South American logistics service providers, with the ability to quickly integrate resources.
- Industry Insight and Analysis: Having keen industry insight ability, business analysis ability, business negotiation ability, data analysis ability, coordination and communication ability.
- Logistics Provider Management: Experience in logistics provider management, with strong management ability for the introduction of logistics provider management services.
- Language Skills: Bilingual (English and Chinese) fluency is preferred.
