Job Overview

Clinical project managers are responsible for the end-to-end execution of clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements. They work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to oversee timelines, budgeting, and quality control.

Main Responsibilities:
  • The project manager is accountable for delivering high-quality projects within defined timelines and budget constraints.
  • They lead a team of project managers, clinical monitors, and other stakeholders to achieve exceptional results.
  • Coordinating activities and deliverables of study conduct partners, identifying potential issues proactively, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including trial master files, and ensuring readiness for all aspects of study conduct.
  • Preparing project management reports for clients and management, and participating in bid defense meetings as required.
Key Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or nursing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to travel approximately 25%.
