We're committed, engaged, and inspired, and we're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and support our Financial Services client. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office per week, and we're based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The Role

This Senior Recruiter will work closely with client hiring managers to fill vacancies and meet quality thresholds and SLAs. They'll deliver excellent recruitment services, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience. They'll work with colleagues in Sourcing and Administration to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience.

The Senior Recruiter will be aligned to high-touch client business units or stakeholder groups that require additional attention. This may involve more rounds of interviews, data-led consultation, complex offer negotiation, or interfacing with senior hiring managers. They'll follow a high-touch workflow, investing more time at each stage of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Client Stakeholder Relationships

  • Build trusted partner relationships with senior hiring managers and stakeholders, executing the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services.
  • Lead discussion on attraction strategies, working with Sourcing and hiring managers to identify the best approach.
  • Make recommendations for best-fit candidates, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievable.

Internal Stakeholder Relationships

  • Monitor funnel metrics with Sourcing to identify bottlenecks and address them ahead of time.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams, such as Sourcing and Administration, to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience.
  • Coach and mentor Recruiters, Sourcers, and Administrators on best practice approaches and client culture.

Recruitment Delivery

  • Take ownership to ensure recruitment services are delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements.
  • Lead vacancy consultation discussions with the Sourcer to agree recruitment plans with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing on narrowing down high-quality candidates and reviewing the shortlist with the hiring manager.
  • Deliver excellent candidate experience, managing candidate satisfaction from initial interview to start date.
  • Support hiring managers with hiring decisions and guide them.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery, with expertise in at least one market sector.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and good English communication skills.
  • Understanding of attraction strategies and candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Experience using recruitment technology.
  • Working knowledge of legislation.
