Expert AI Strategist Needed

We are seeking a seasoned AI Consultant to drive our team's success in delivering cutting-edge software solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with sales and business teams to identify client needs and craft compelling AI offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales and business teams to understand client requirements and participate in strategic discussions;
  • Work closely with clients to define AI roadmaps, prioritize use cases, and translate business needs into actionable AI solutions;
  • Design and lead proof-of-concepts using Generative AI and Predictive AI;
  • Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients understand the value of AI in their product or data journey;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from early consulting phases to implementation;
  • Contribute to proposals, workshops, and documentation for AI adoption initiatives;
Requirements
  • 5+ years of AI/ML experience with proven delivery of both predictive and generative AI solutions;
  • Demonstrated consulting experience in client-facing, pre-sales, or agency consulting roles;
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models, including OpenAI GPT and LangChain/RAG architectures;
  • Experience building or advising on predictive modeling pipelines using scikit-learn and XGBoost;
  • Strong communication skills to present to executives and business users;
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to initiate projects and move fast with confidence;
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a fractional CTO or strategic technical advisor;
  • Background in startup consulting, product ideation, or venture-backed AI/ML companies;
  • Experience with multi-modal AI or agent-based systems;
