Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and experience in administering psychological assessments as well as strong report writing skills.

• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT
• Develop specialised clinical care pathways in line with the evidence-base and best practice
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
• Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crisis situations and provide crisis interventions
• Develop and implement SOPs for risk management and clinical procedures, and train providers on these processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional and legal standards
• Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activities
• Crisis Intervention - Requirement is Critical Incident Support Management experience
• Provide monthly reports on clinical insights and user utilization
• Provide after-office hour care when requested by the client
• Support our recruitment team in screening freelance providers
• Provide support to our localization team in content translation
• Regularly review, refine, and adhere to SOPs, ensuring high standards of clinical practice, risk management, and operational efficiency within the team

The role requires a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling, proficiency in English and Portuguese, and at least one to three years of post-graduate clinical or counselling experience.

• Clinical Practice: Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, and develop and implement individualised treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans, and participate in team meetings to contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.
• Risk Management: Manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crisis situations, and provide crisis interventions in collaboration with our 24/7 helpline responder team.

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese
• At least one to three years of post-graduate clinical or counselling experience
• Expertise in individual and group facilitation, planning and executing online seminars, and effectively navigating and managing crisis situations
• Strong knowledge and experience in delivering evidence-based treatments with a focus on CBT as a core treatment modality
• Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor in the current country

• Experience in providing clinical supervision to other mental health professionals
• A dedicated clinical space available for rental by us for therapy sessions and related activities
