Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the technical roadmap and align it with product goals and architectural standards.
  • Enforce high engineering standards, code quality, testing, and documentation practices; ensure timely delivery.
  • Build and nurture a strong, resilient team with clear accountability and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align delivery across regions and markets.
Qualifications:
  • Strong background as a Technical Lead in high-pressure contexts, leading high-performing teams and delivering impactful projects.
  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer, with strong software architecture knowledge.
  • Proven expertise in complex technology environments, such as high-scalability and distributed systems.
  • Fluent English – as you will be leading a team that communicates in English and managing global stakeholders.
