
IT Service Enablement Specialist

The role of a Service Enablement Specialist is crucial in driving business success through market understanding and strategic communication.
Responsibilities">
- Plan and prioritize the enablement and training of new services within designated territories.
- Ensure data accuracy in pertinent systems and tools.
- Act as a subject matter expert on services, sales floor, sales enablement, and solutions.
- Provide pre-sales support to direct and indirect sales reps and business partners in Latin America.
- Offer prescriptive, individualized, and group training to sellers and participate in Sales Events as appropriate.
- Share best practices across teams with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously with an assertive drive for results attitude.
Requirements">
- A relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or product management for technical products.
- Servers, infrastructure, and solutions knowledge highly preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, customer orientation, open and effective communication.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to lead complex projects.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate complex solutions into simple and comprehensive terms.
- Fluent English written and oral communication skills. Spanish optional.
- Excellent MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and analytical skills.
- A resume in English is required.
