Job Overview

The Services Product Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in understanding market requirements and driving an offering and communications agenda to maximize success in the fast-growing Services business.

This includes driving services enablement for all channels, working closely with sales counterparts on go-to-market strategies, and providing thought leadership as a services consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, preparation, and prioritization to enable and train new services within the territory.
  • Data accuracy in all Geo-appropriate pertinent systems and tools.
  • Performing as a subject matter expert about services on sales floor, sales enablement, and solutions.
  • Providing pre-sales support to direct and indirect sales reps and business partners in Latin America.
  • Offering prescriptive, individualized, and group training to sellers and participating in Sales Events as appropriate.
  • Sharing best practices across the team with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Managing multiple programs simultaneously with an assertive drive for results attitude.
  • In the absence of a process, quickly adapting, building a repeatable process, documenting the process, acquiring cross-functional buy-in, and executing to completion.
Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of product marketing or product management experience for technical products.
  • Servers, Infrastructure, and Solutions knowledge highly preferred.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, customer orientation, open & effective communication.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to lead complex projects.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to translate complex solutions into simple and comprehensive terms.
  • Fluent English written and oral communication skills. Spanish optional.
  • Excellent MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and analytical skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in service-based product marketing.
