About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Senior Manager to join our team at Kaizen Gaming. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives engagement and retention across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a data-driven CRM strategy for the local market in collaboration with the HQ team, taking into account local compliance, market conditions, and competition.
  2. Take ownership of the CRM plan and ensure its successful execution.
  3. Plan and develop local, personalized, and targeted campaigns using relevant customer channels such as onsite messaging, email, messaging, and social media.
  4. Liaise with the CRM Strategy Team in HQ for fine-tuning of automated lifecycle journeys and keeping stakeholders updated on market insights, competition intelligence, and best practices.
  5. Ensure campaign execution and delivery are completed as per plan, and all relevant stakeholders are aware of the volumes, performance, and outcomes.
  6. Deploy the bonus budget profitably through robust planning, execution, and analysis.
  7. Analyze historical revenue performance and forecast future program performance.
  8. Initiate and manage the development process of creatives, from brief to delivery, with a laser focus on customer insight and deliver customer engagement and response.
  9. Lead ongoing segmentation of the customer base in the market to identify insights and target customer segments with specific campaigns.
  10. Identify customer touchpoints and ensure that the right actions and communications are implemented.
  11. Keep abreast of advertising standards and consumer protection laws and standards in the local market.
  12. Follow and report on competitor activity within the local market.
  13. Regularly report to senior stakeholders on the success of campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer motivation.
Requirements
  1. Strong experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or marketing, preferably in a technology company.
  2. Proven track record of developing and implementing a campaign strategy based on an understanding of customer needs and customer profile.
  3. Well-versed in extracting customer insight from data.
  4. Great organization, planning, and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail.
  5. Solid experience in implementing, driving, and managing complex multi-channel campaigns.
  6. Professional experience in operating CRM tools (Adobe Campaign or Salesforce CRM, for example). Optimove tool will be considered a plus.
  7. Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  8. Excellent command of the English language.
