Job Description

As a Technology Solutions Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Human Resources (HR) systems. This is a unique opportunity to bridge technical system knowledge and understanding of HR operations.

This position requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in Workday System configuration, Microsoft Office, and project management. You will work closely with stakeholders to configure, troubleshoot, and improve HR technology systems.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate diploma or higher education, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing projects and implementations is essential for this role.

  • Manage daily operations and administration of global HRIS platforms.
  • Configure and set up values, business processes, and user security access.
  • Consult on system configurations, troubleshoot, and support design improvements.
  • Lead system improvement initiatives, including understanding business needs, configuring, testing, and communicating updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Key qualifications for this role include:

Education: Graduate diploma or higher education.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience supporting Workday system configuration or managing a live Workday instance, including Business Processes, Security, Domains, Policies, Fields, and Reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
