Job Role:
The Learning Solutions Developer will be responsible for crafting comprehensive educational materials and schedules, collaborating with content experts to define the learning objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs analysis and gather inputs;
- Participate in client briefings to ensure understanding of requirements;
- Create engaging educational content;
- Oversee the development of a cohesive learning structure;
- Pursue ongoing training and professional growth;
- Maintain agreed timelines;
- Support on-site activities at client locations.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in Instructional Design or Content Development in corporate education. Knowledge of authoring tools like Captivate or Articulate is beneficial.

- Emotional intelligence and self-awareness;

Academic Background:
