Visual Design Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Visual Designer to spearhead design initiatives and drive visual excellence across our marketing design team. This individual will report directly to the Head of Marketing Design and be responsible for leading design efforts with a focus on customer success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive visual design strategies that reflect our brand purpose and resonate with our target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate goals into effective designs
- Own the end-to-end design process, from concept to completion, ensuring cohesive and engaging visual experiences
- Partner with UI/UX Designers and front-end developers to bring ideas to life through seamless collaboration
- Identify and advocate for design-driven projects and initiatives that yield cross-team impact

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a visual designer, specializing in web and mobile design
- Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite, with expertise in user flows, wireframes, and designs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design direction effectively
- Team player with a passion for exploring new design trends and staying up-to-date with industry best practices
- Experience working with globally distributed teams is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage but not required
