In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape user experiences and create engaging interfaces for various platforms. You'll work closely with our team to explore different forms of interaction and contribute to the design process from discovery to delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Participate in group ideation sessions and provide design critiques and support.
  • Plan research for new projects and collect and interpret data for design audits.
  • Create mockups, concepts, and prototypes for client testing and approval.
  • Articulate design rationale effectively to both internal and external audiences.
  • Keep up to date with the latest design and technology trends for various platforms.

**Role Expectations**:

  • Communicate design rationales clearly and actively in English, adapting communication to internal or external stakeholders.
  • Use UX/UI skills to drive creative multi-platform experiences from initial concept to delivery.
  • Have a strong strategic thinking approach, envisioning project lifecycles and connecting design decisions with business needs.
  • Work cooperatively and communicate early and often to handle multiple projects with flexibility.
