Job Description

Our team is seeking an innovative and visionary Game Designer to spearhead the development of new game theses.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling game visions that resonate with executives, while overseeing the project's scope throughout the entire development cycle.

We're looking for a passionate individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can excel in a collaborative setting.

  • Create and propose market-driven game theses that have the potential to captivate millions of players for extended periods
  • Develop and refine the game's vision and product roadmap, adapting it as necessary based on gathered data
  • Design the game's core features and write detailed specifications
  • In partnership with the art leader and distribution team, define the game's theme and art style
  • Review game design decisions made by the rest of the team (artists and engineers)
  • Coordinate deliveries within the core team and related disciplines (engineering, art, distribution, data science);
  • Provide product and game design leadership through your own experience, competitor analyses, playtests, player feedback, data analysis, etc.) within the product's core team;
  • Analyze the performance of new versions and features released. Continuously refine the roadmap based on new findings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new game theses based on market research
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define game vision and product roadmap
  • Design and specify game core features
  • Participate in playtesting and gather player feedback to inform game development
