Lead Game Developer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate game developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to define the vision and product roadmap of new games, design key features and write their specifications, and provide leadership through experience, competitor analysis, playtesting, player feedback, and data analysis.

  • This role will be responsible for using market research to propose new game theses that can engage millions of players for multiple years. You will work with the art leader and distribution team to define the game theme and art style.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in product or game development roles within game development, shipping games on any platform, and leading product development in game jams or hackathons.
  • They will also be able to analyze the performance of new versions and features released, refine the roadmap based on new findings, and collaborate with the core team and related disciplines (engineering, art, distribution, data science) to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements:
  • Experience in product or game development roles within game development
  • Passionate about games and willing to take initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to think strategically
Nice to Have:
  • Experience shipping mobile games
  • Programming skills that allow you to develop prototypes independently
  • Experience using AI tools for art creation or programming
