Game Development Leadership

This is a key role that requires leadership and direction to drive game development forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development team in creating engaging games from ideation through launch and scaling.
  • Define product goals and oversee daily execution of tasks driving towards these goals.
  • Act as an HR partner, promoting company values, setting delivery metrics, and using KPIs to evaluate production.
Required Skills:
  • Experience with digital products, preferably apps or games.
  • Advanced knowledge of MVP.
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to estimate and meet deadlines agreed upon with the team.
  • Excellent team communication, willingness to learn and teach.
  • Creative and quick problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, game design, project management, economics, mathematics, computer science, or related technical fields.
  • Experience with app development, preferably games.
  • Familiarity with game design principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and Google G Suite.
