Game Production Role

The Producer is a critical member of our development team, responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality game delivery. This involves working closely with internal teams to monitor progress, implement processes, and maintain open communication with clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multiple core features of game development across various disciplines.
  • Develop and streamline workflows to increase productivity and overall quality.
  • Review daily progress and results within software/tools used by each discipline.
  • Create and maintain strategies, roadmaps, and schedules to meet client deadlines.
  • Attend meetings with clients to organize tasks, prioritize deliveries, and plan for future requests.
  • Facilitate daily meetings with the development team to streamline production and set goals.
  • Use appropriate tools to create and monitor tasks, and mediate cross-discipline situations.
  • Guide the production team in gathering information, videos, and documentation on titles being worked on.
  • Provide daily reports on tasks and issues to management and clients.
  • Work with clients' development teams to reach goals together, mediating communication between both teams.
  • Assess risks and plan fixes with management, and work as a mediator for communication between the development team and management & HR.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be able to balance multiple priorities, manage competing demands, and drive projects forward with energy and enthusiasm.
