Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Brazilian Design Studio. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project workflow, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify resource needs and allocate personnel accordingly
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through proactive communication and issue resolution

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering results under pressure
